Information on this website
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice.
Descriptions of our services, talent, availability, locations and capabilities do not constitute a contractual offer or guarantee. All projects are subject to availability, confirmation of requirements and written agreement.
Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise. The appearance, experience and availability of individual models, performers or team members may change.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a proposal does not create a contract between you and Odyssey Talent.
A contract will only be formed when:
-
the scope of services and commercial terms have been agreed;
-
any required booking documents have been signed or accepted;
-
applicable deposits or fees have been received; and
-
we have confirmed the booking in writing.
Any proposal, quotation or estimate is subject to its own stated validity period, assumptions, exclusions and booking conditions.
Service availability
All services and talent bookings are subject to availability.
We may propose alternative models, performers, staff or delivery arrangements when someone originally discussed becomes unavailable or where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the project.
Specific project arrangements—including fees, expenses, travel, accommodation, usage rights, working hours, cancellations and replacement provisions—will be governed by the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or client agreement.
Client responsibilities
If you engage Odyssey Talent for a project, you may be required to provide accurate and timely information about:
-
the event, campaign or production;
-
dates, locations and working hours;
-
required roles and responsibilities;
-
venue access and working conditions;
-
dress code, wardrobe or grooming requirements;
-
product information and brand guidance;
-
health and safety requirements;
-
photography, filming and usage;
-
travel, accommodation or subsistence; and
-
any relevant licences, permissions or safeguarding measures.
Detailed client responsibilities will be set out in the applicable booking agreement.
Talent applications
Submitting an application to join the Odyssey roster does not guarantee representation, work or inclusion in any casting shortlist.
We may assess applicants against factors including experience, professionalism, availability, location, suitability for our current client base and the needs of individual briefs.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an application at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Any representation or engagement will be governed by separate written terms.
Applicants must provide accurate information and must have the right to submit any photographs, videos, portfolio materials or personal details included in their application.
Applicants under the age of 18 must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Additional legal, licensing and safeguarding requirements may apply.
